5-year-old Palestenian boy severely injured by dogs of Israeli settlers

GAZA (Staff Report) - A 5-year-old boy was brutally savaged by a large group of dogs set free by Israeli settlers, reported Press TV.

The boy, identified as Karmel Moayyad Shakir, was playing with his friends in the village of Azawiyeh in Gaza when the Israeli settlers from the nearby Kannat settlement arrived at the spot along with a large pack of dogs.



Karmel's mother told Press TV, "We were sitting in the house and my son was playing outside with his friends, when we heard screams and dogs barking. I ran out and saw around 20 dogs attacked my son."

His father said, "The area we live in is close to the Israeli settlers. In the past, we have suffered such attacks from dogs. We try to keep the kids inside, but they have to play."

Karmel suffered severe injuries on his face, arms and legs.
