PIA will be sold next year: Privatization Commission

ISLAMABAD (Web Desk) - Privatization Commission Chairman Muhammad Zubair has disclosed that the Pakistan International Airlines will be sold next year.

He said that the decision to privatize the PIA was made in the wake of financial losses.

“It has been proposed to sell its 26 percent shares with the administrative control. We will conduct road shows in the Middle East, China and Europe to sell the PIA,” he said.
