Joint Investigation Team will probe into Kasur incident

LAHORE (Staff Report) - After rejection of request from Lahore High Court on formation of Judicial Inquiry Commission regarding Kasur incident, Punjab govt has decided to form Joint Investigation Team (JIT).
According to details Deputy Inspector General (DIG) of police Abu Bakar Khuda Bux will lead the team accompanying him Superintendent of Police Khalid Bashir Cheema and Deputy Superintendent of Police Liaqat Ali.
Two officers of intelligence agencies will be in the five members JIT. The team will submit its report within two weeks.
