Cricketers, showbiz stars gather to unveil PSL logo
LAHORE (Web Desk) - A festive ceremony to unveil the logo of Pakistan Super League (PSL) took place in Lahore’s Expo Center on Sunday in which several prominent cricket and showbiz stars participated, Dunya News reported.
Test Captain Misbahul Haq and T20 Captain Shahid Afridi have said that such events should have started long ago.
According to details, a large number of guests including women cricket team and stars from cricket and showbiz industry gathered at the festive ceremony to unveil the PSL logo.
Talking on the occasion, Test Captain Misbahul Haq said that events like PSL are what Pakistan needs.
The T20 Captain, Shahid Afridi also made a colourful entry. He said that PSL is major good news for Pakistan Cricket.
Shoaib Malik and Umar Akmal also played strokes as ceremony’s innings started. They said that youngsters will benefit a lot from the event.
