Ayyan Ali 'soon to be released on PPP request'
LAHORE (Web Desk) - Ayyan Ali, the fashion model who is currently facing a money laundering case, is likely to be released, a senior journalist has recently claimed.

Talking in a TV channel programme on Monday night, Amir Mateen revealed the senior leadership of Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) has recently contacted PML-N’s, requesting “not to come too hard” on the fashion model. Ayyan Ali may soon be released after paying a huge fine to Tax and Customs Act, he added.

Mateen went on to say the money laundering case of Ayyan Ali has clearly exposed the social and justice system in Pakistan.

“Personalities sponsoring such crimes are still unnamed and laws have been amended to save their faces,” he maintained.
