ISLAMABAD (Web Desk) – Foreign Minister Sushma Swaraj Wednesday called on Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif on the sidelines of Heart of Asia Summit in Islamabad, local media reported.

The meeting lasted almost hour one hour in federal capital.

Ms Swaraj conveyed to Prime Minister Sharif a message from his Indian counterpart Narendra Modi.

The two leaders expressed their satisfaction with the meeting of National Security Advisers (NSA) of two countries in Bangkok last week.

“The two sides were likely to take up the issue of resumption of cricket ties between Pakistan and India”, local TV channel Samaa reported.

The prime minister was accompanied by Foreign Affairs Adviser Sartaj Aziz and National Security Adviser Sartaj Aziz, Foreign Secretary Aizaz Chaudhry and Fawad Hasan Fawad.

She will also hold talks with her Pakistani counterpart Sartaj Aziz.
