Aamir Khan's 'Dangal' not to have any songs?

MUMBAI:  Superstar Aamir Khan’s next movie Dangal will be another of the actor's novel additions to Indian cinema as it rumored to have no songs, which have become a staple of mainstream Bollywood.

Instead, the film will have just one promotional song featuring Khan and his on-screen daughters.

The daughters' roles are played by Fatima Sana Sheikh and Sanya Malhotra.

Aamir only releases one movie a year and makes sure that he has given it his all before release.

His upcoming movie Dangal is based on the life of wrestler Mahavir Phogat. The film promises to be really different in all aspects, especially in the music department.

However, a source has refuted claims about the film's lack of songs. “Pritam has recorded a few songs for the film. Once the talkie portions get over, they will start shooting the songs."

"There are situational, background songs in the film. It was quite a challenge for the music director to compose the songs as the film is different from what he has done before,” he added.

Songs or no songs, Aamir Khan gets props for once again creating a buzz around his films.
