Arjun Kapoor comes to Janhvi Kapoor's rescue after sexist tweet

Bollywood actor, Arjun Kapoor has yet again come to his half-sister, Janhvi Kapoor's rescue after an online media portal posted her photos and claimed Janhvi was sporting a "sexy dress" while on her way to Arjun's home.

Fuming, Arjun Kapoor took to Twitter where he retweeted the post , gave the media portal a piece of his mind and said that it was shameful to see how this country looks at women.



"You know what, f*** you man, f*** you as a website for highlighting or bringing it to anyone’s attention and it is shameful that your eye would go searching for something like this. Shame on you… This is how our country looks at young women. Yet another shining example. Ashamed by this."

After this, the news portal withdrew this post.

This is not the first time Arjun has come out in support of Janhvi and Khushi Kapoor, daughters of his father Boney Kapoor and the late Sridevi.

Son of Boney Kapoor's first wife, Mona Shourie, Arjun has remained supportive of his two sister's during the family's emotional time after Sridevi's death.
