But did you know that many of the most loved superstars have not been born in India?

 1.Akshay Kumar

So it might come off as a shock when you get to know that the National Award winner is Canadian by birth. From a young age, Akshay was recognized as a performer, particularly a dancer. He grew up in Delhi's Chandni Chowk, and later he moved to Mumbai where he lived in Koliwada and became a star.

  2.Katrina Kaif

Katrina Kaif was born in Hong Kong on 16 July 1983. Her father Mohammed Kaif is a British businessman of Kashmiri, and her mother Suzanne is an English lawyer and charity worker.

3.Deepika Padukone

Deepika Padukone was born on 5 January 1986 in Copenhagen, Denmark. Her father Prakash and mother Ujjala were Konkani-speaking.

4. Imran Khan

Imran Khan was born on 13 January 1983 in Madison, Wisconsin, United States. His father, Anil Pal is a software engineer and mother Nuzhat Khan (a Bengali) is a psychologist.

5.Alia Bhatt

Born into the Bhatt family, she is the daughter of filmmaker Mahesh Bhatt and actress Soni Razdan. The Student of the Year actress was born in the UK.
