Here's how Imran Khan stays fit and healthy during Ramazan

Imran Khan is widely known as one of the most fittest cricketer-turned-politicians in the history of Pakistan, as well as abroad. He has his own way of regulating his diet and burning those extra carbs with his workout regimes during the holy month of Ramadan.

According to Imran Khan, it is extremely necessary to workout in order to reap the full benefits of daily fasting.

"Ramazan is the best time to detox and strengthen the body’s endurance," Khan said in an interview.

"For young people, a fit and healthy body shows that they are disciplined and in control of themselves," IK added, who makes it a point to exercise even more than usual in the month of Ramazan.

Khan also revealed that during this holy month, he hits the gym an hour before iftar and walks at least two miles before Sehri.

Talking about what he likes to feast on, he eats plenty of yogurt along with fruits and eggs, while he opens his fast following a normal dinner meal.
