Shafqaat Ali's ad offends viewers due to his imitation of Imran Khan
LAHORE - Shafqaat Ali recently chose to imitate Imran Khan, our beloved PM. It was for an ad for an online shopping portal. However some people have taken serious offence with the ad.
Senators Rehman Malik and Khushbakht Shujaat have asked the ads to be removed and banned entirely.
Shafqaat is a comedian and clearly means no offence. But of course if it comes to comfort level and sentiments of public and the senate then what can one say?
However Shafqaat does not seem clearly happy with the removal of his efforts for the ad which had a message of "spending less".
