Om Puri , Nandita Puri



Veteran actor Om Puri got married to Nandita Puri in 1993.

However, they parted ways after few years. There are rumours that he was accused of domestic violence.

Kamal Haasan, Sarika Thakur



Kamal Hassan was married to actress Sarika Thakur from 1988 to 2004.

But afterwards he started living with Southern actress Gouthami Tadimalla. The former couple has two daughters; actresses Shruti Hassan & Akshara Hassan.

Mithun Chakraborty, Sridevi



Mithun Chakraborty and Sridevi’s marriage was an extremely secret affair and details were never revealed.

Later a few from the press confronted Mithun with a photo of their marriage certificate and he had to admit it. Though it lasted for a very brief time!

Mahima Chaudhary, Bobby Mukherjee

 



After her break-up with Leander Paes, actress Mahima Chaudhry tied the knot with architect-businessman Bobby Mukherjee in 2006.

However, she later separated from him and presently lives with daughter Ariana.

Javed Akhtar, Honey Irani



The very renowned writer-lyricist Javed Akhtar married another writer Honey Irani in 1972.

However, things between them started going sour with Akhtar’s growing intimacy with actress Shabana Azmi. They later parted ways.

Today’s popular Bollywood actor-director Farhan Akhtar and filmmaker Zoya Akhtar are Akhtar & Irani’s childen.

Manisha Koirala, Samrat Dahal



Manisha Koirala met Samrat Dahal through Facebook and they started dating.

The two got married in 2010 but soon a lot of personal differences started showing up. In 2012, they split.

Aditya Chopra, Payal Khanna



Aditya Chopra was married to Payal Khanna from 2001 to 2009.

Their marriage apparently fell apart due to Aditya’s affair with actress Rani Mukerji and they got divorced.

Shekhar Kapoor, Suchitra Krishnamurthy



Shekhar Kapoor was married to actress and singer Suchitra Krishnamurthy from 1999 to 2007.

Reportedly, Suchitra felt her presence as an artist was overshadowed by her husband who was more popular and famed. She decided to walk away from the marriage.
