Most of the body transformations around the world are the result of a heartbreak, a bullied life or a mere and simple realization after an existential crisis. But, the main reason behind any body transformation is motivation, diet, exercise and discipline.
The sky is the limit; there is no satisfaction level to anything that we want because, when we reach that level, we ultimately start wanting something else. That’ is certainly also a key to getting a massive body. We never just get enough of it.
