Ketika pinggiran whipping cream mulai bergelembung kecil2 matikan api. Masukan DCC. Aduk rata. Sisihkan. Setelah tdk panas masukan dalam kulkas selama 15 menit. Keluarkan dan kocok dengan mixer hingga mengembang (-/+ 2 menit) campur dengan ovomaltine kocok rata. Sisihkan Coklat Ganache untuk disiram: 100 ml cream kental/whipping cream 100 gr dark cooking coklat 20 gr butter Cara membuat: Panaskan butter & whipping cream jgn smp mendidih. Ketika pinggiran whipping cream mulai bergelembung kecil2 matikan api. Masukan DCC. Aduk rata.
