Ahmad Amin Bodla's name inducted in Guinness book

ISLAMABAD (Staff Report) - Pakistan Taekwondo Black Belt Ahmad Amin Bodla's name has been inducted into the Guinness Book of World Records 2016 for his records of one minute and one hour kicks.

Only a few selected record holders from all over the world are inducted into the book.Talking to media , Ahmad said ," It's a great honor for him to have made it to the Guinness Book of World Records."

"I hold several world records but to be able to make it to the book is one of the biggest accomplishments to date." He said that it was difficult to regularly train due to hectic
university routine but once the degree is completed I wiykd fully focus on record attempts.

"I am very thankful to my family,teachers and friends for the immense support."
