Counsel for Rangers told the court during the hearing of the case that Dr Asim had to be presented only today (Tuesday).

Counsel for NAB told the court that Dr Asim was in the custody of NAB.

Dr Asim said during the hearing that “ I am under detention since 120 days. I was arrested on August 27 and it is wrong to say that investigation was not conducted when I was in the custody of Rangers. I should not be sent on further physical remand. Physical remand will be injustice to me.”
