Dr Asim to stay in Rangers custody, not in cardiology hospital

KARACHI (Online) - The Supreme Court (SC) Karachi registry has disposed off the petition seeking court’s orders for Dr Asim Hussain transfer to cardiology hospital.

The petition filed by wife of Dr Asim Hussain came up for hearing before SC Karachi registry Wednesday. The petitioner had requested the apex court that Dr Asim Hussain health condition was unstable, therefore, he may be admitted in cardiology hospital.

The medical board presented report in the court wherein it was told that health condition of Dr Asim Hussain was satisfactory and there was no need to admit him to hospital.

The court disposed of the petition after studying the medical board report.

Justice Azmat Saeed remarked “court is satisfied over 7-member medical board report". The court handed over Dr Asim Hussain to Rangers custody again.
