LAHORE - In an unprecedented move, the recently launched housing society, Gwadar Central has signed an agreement with Telenor's EasyPaisa to provide the service of online payments for plots. Gwadar Central is the flagship project of New Life Developers, a premier real estate development company.
The customers who avail the facility will be able to make their payments online through credit card according to the procedure chosen for the installments.

Gwadar Central is a housing society located in the heart of Gwadar. The housing scheme is the new residential project in Gwadar by New Life Developers. It is offering 125 & 250 square yards residential plots and 100 square yards commercial plots. Commercial & Residential Plots can be booked on cash payment and also on easy instalments of two years.
Gawadar Central is also offering support from EFU Life insurance. As a result of Gwadar Central’s partnership with EFU, if a customer is unable to pay all the installments of the plot, EFU will cover the rest of the installments and ensure that the customer’s family gets the possession of their property. However, this is only in cases of dire emergency or tragedy.

Pakistani currency remains marginally same against US Dollar and other currencies on April 20, 2024. US dollar was being quoted at 277.5 for buying and 280.5 for selling.
Euro comes down to 293 for buying and 296 for selling while British Pound stands at 342.25 for buying, and 345.65 for selling.
UAE Dirham AED was at 75.25 and Saudi Riyal's new rates was at 73.30.
