Mufti Abdul Qavi wants to lead funeral prayers for Qandeel despite being nominated for her murder

MULTAN (Web Desk) - Despite the fact that Mufti Abdul Qawi, a former member of the Central Ruet-e-Hilal Committee, has been nominated in an FIR regarding Qandeel’s murder, the cleric has offered to lead the funeral prayer of the deceased.

Earlier, Mufti Abdul Qawi expressed sorrow over the death of Qandeel  and said that he had forgiven her from the core of his heart but also termed Qandeel Baloch’s murder a lesson for others.

Qandeel Baloch was strangled to death today by her brother Waseem who was annoyed over her social media content. The suspect managed to fled the scene.

Meanwhile, Police dispatched a special team to Dera Ghazi Khan area of Punjab to seize the suspect. It is worth mentioning that the internet sensation had earlier disclosed to media that she was being threatened. The model also aimed to move abroad owing to the security dangers in the country.
