The artwork of Dr Samina Nasim, Chairperson Interior Design and Textile Design Department at Lahore College for Women University (LCWU), is selected for permanent display at the Museum of Hebie Nornal University (HNU) China.
The selection was made after the veteran artist exhibited her Solo Show "Semblance of Ecstasy" at Hebei Normal University, Shijiazhuang, China. Her work was highly appreciated by the critics and participants.
Samina's achievements have made both Pakistan and LCWU proud. In recognition of her intellect and efforts, she received an award from the Vice Chancellor of the LCW.

HNU celebrated the International Art Week and organized teachers International Art Exhibition from 15th November 2017 to 22nd November 2017 at the Museum Gallery of the University. Prominent art teachers from Hebie Nornal University, Chungnam National University, Korea and Lahore College for Women University, Lahore participated in the exhibition and art week.

Pakistani currency continues to gain against US Dollar and other currencies on April 18, 2024. US dollar was being quoted at 277.2 for buying and 280.3 for selling.
Euro comes down to 293 for buying and 296 for selling while British Pound stands at 342.25 for buying, and 345.65 for selling.
UAE Dirham AED was at 75.25 and Saudi Riyal's new rates was at 73.30.
