ISLAMABAD – Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader and parliamentarian Shireen Mazari on Saturday demanded that the prime minister Nawaz Sharif tenders his apology for his alleged misogynistic remarks about PTI women.

The prime minister was addressing a public meeting after inaugurating a gas provision project in Okara this evening. Concluding his speech, PM allegedly criticised the PTI women.

“We have seen what were they [PTI women] doing in yesterday’s rally,” PM remarked.

The alleged misogynist remarks by the PM caused an uproar on the social media.
