KARACHI (Web Desk) – Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Justice Anwar Zaheer Jamali on Thursday revealed an entirely different observation that ‘RAW’ and ‘Taliban’ agents are being recruited in the guise of security guards.
Justice Jamali who was hearing the case pertaining to implementation of Karachi law and order expressed annoyance over Quetta hospital carnage and directed Sindh Inspector General (IG) to ensure special security arrangements at the hospitals and other locations.
The tragedy in Quetta occurred due to inadequate security arrangements, he said.
Justice Jamali further stated that ‘RAW’ and ‘Taliban’ agents are being recruited in the guise of security guards. These people are being recruited on fake ID cards.
It is police’s duty to keep an eye on security guards’ recruitment, he said adding that there will be no compromise on this matter, Dunya News reported.
Meanwhile, the Inspector General of Sindh Police A.D Khawaja and Chief Secretary briefed the apex court on the security situation.
The Sindh IG told the court that the concerned authorities are reviewing the matter of security guards’ training.
Subsequently, the case hearing was adjourned for a month.
