MIRPUR (Staff Report) – The final match of ICC U-19 World Cup is in progress between India and West Indies at Mirpur’s Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium.

West Indies skipper Hetmyer won the toss and elected to field first, inviting India to bat.

Earlier India beat Sri Lanka while West Indies thrashed host Bangladesh to qualify for the final game.

India has previously won three ICC U-19 mega events however West Indies qualified for the final for second time. Previously West Indies faced Pakistan in 2004 final which won lifted the trophy.
