Shah Rukh Khan congratulates Javed Afridi, proposes match between Peshawar Zalmi, Kolkata Knight Riders

MUMBAI - Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan has suggested organizing a match between Peshawar Zalmi and Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) at a neutral venue.

Indian heartthrob who co-owns Kolkata Knight Riders made a telephone call to Peshawar Zalmi owner Javed Afridi and suggested a match between the winners of T20 champions, subject to permission of the governments of India and Pakistan.

According to Geo News, Shah Rukh opined that the match could be played in Dubai or London.

Kolkata Knight Riders has been crowned champions of Indian Premier League twice and a contest between the IPL champions and PSL champions would definitely be an entertaining one.

Peshawar Zalmi overpowered Quetta Gladiators on Sunday by 58 runs to become champions of the Pakistan Super League second edition.

Pakistani currency saw minor adjustment against global currencies on April 19, 2024. US dollar was being quoted at 277.4 for buying and 280.4 for selling.

Euro comes down to 293 for buying and 296 for selling while British Pound stands at 342.25 for buying, and 345.65 for selling.

UAE Dirham AED was at 75.2 and Saudi Riyal's new rates was at 73.30.
