DUBAI – As the season-II of Pakistan Super League (PSL) is going to start from January 9 (tomorrow), PSL chief Najam Sethi on Wednesday introduced national and international singers who are going to perform in the opening ceremony of the tournament.

Najam Sethi held a press conference in Dubai, while former cricketer Rameez Raja, Pakistani singers Ali Zafar, Shehzad Roy and Jamaican singer Sheggy were present on the occasion. The singers also sang the official song of PSL.

Former cricketer Rameez Raja said that PSL 2017 has been upgraded and it will be better than before.

International players are also enthusiastic about the PSL, he said, predicting that sensational matches will happen in this season.

Singer Ali Zafar said, “I am happy that PSL has given me a chance,” adding that cricket is always his favorite game.
