SHENZHEN – Chinese smartphone manufacturer Huawei is all set to launch Mate 20, Mate 20 Pro and Mate 20 Porsche Design on October 16.

Huawei Mate 20 series’ RAM and memory configurations details are listed on Chinese smartphone certification authority, TENNA’s website.

TENAA listed three Huawei Mate 20’s model – Mate 20 (model number HMA-A00), the Mate 20 Pro (LYA-AL00 and LYA-TL00) and the Porsche Design.

Previosuly, reports also suggests that the Huawei Mate 20 is expected to feature a 6.3-inch AMOLED notched screen, 2244×1080 pixel resolutions, triple camera setup, and powerful Kirin 980 chipset.
