World’s biggest indoor theme park opens in UAE
ABU DHABI - Warner Bros. World - the world’s biggest indoor theme park - has opened its doors to visitors who bought tickets in advance, in United Arab Emirates.
The massive $1 billion park, a Warner Bros. themed attraction on Yas Island spanning 1.65 million square feet, is a partnership between the entertainment company and a local holding firm in Abu Dhabi.
The park has 29 rides spread through six immersive areas: Warner Bros Plaza, Metropolis, Gotham City, Cartoon Junction, Bedrock Plaza, and Dynamic Gulch.

Their aim is to bring to life all of the characters that audiences love – DC superheroes like Batman and Superman in Gotham City, animated characters like Looney Toons, Tom and Jerry and Scooby Doo. There’s even a dedicated area just for The Flintstones.
It also includes first class foods, shopping, and even fitness and leisure activities. Due to the desert climate, the entire park is indoors – but specially designed to look like it’s always midday, just like in Vegas and some areas of Disney World. That is of course except for in Gotham and Metropolis, where things get a little darker.
On Twitter, Crown Prince Mohammed Bin Zayed described Warner Bros. World Abu Dhabi as “another tourist attraction that will contribute to the promotion of family tourism in Yas Island.
