WASHINGTON (Staff Report) – While US Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump is continuously shedding poll points against Hillary Clinton, in the latest rhetoric, the New York property tycoon has said that only gun bearers could stop the Democratic candidate.

On Tuesday, speaking at a rally in Wilmington, Delaware, Trump said: “By the way, and if she gets to pick – if she gets to pick her judges, nothing you can do, folks. Although the Second Amendment people, maybe there is, I don’t know.”

He went on to say that Hillary Clinton wanted to abolish the Second Amendment of the US constitution – a provision which the gun carrying Americans believe provides them with the freedom to do so.

On the other hand, responding to Trump’s statement, Hillary Clinton’s campaign spokesperson said: “This is simple – what Trump said was dangerous. A person seeking to become the president of the US should not be suggesting violence in any way.”
