Civilian injured as India resorts to unprovoked shelling across LoC

MUZAFFARABAD –  A civilian sustained injuries as India once again resorted to unprovoked shelling across the Line of Control on Saturday.

The injured civilian was identified as Attique Querashi, son of M Khalil Qureshi. However, according to ISPR, Pakistani troops responded effectively to unprovoked firing.

Indian troops have violated the ceasefire along the border several times this month.  On March 12, a 60-year-old man and a 15-year-old girl were injured in firing. A woman was injured due to unprovoked firing by Indian troops along the LoC in Baroh area of Bhimber sector on March 9.
