ISLAMABAD – Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi has condemned the killing of over 20 innocent civilians by Indian forces during the recent act of state terrorism in Occupied Jammu and Kashmir.
The prime minister also deplored the use of pellet guns to disperse people, protesting the killing of the youth in Shopian and Islamabad districts, and suspension of internet services to hide the facts.
Abbasi urged India that a fact-finding mission of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights.

Foreign Minister Khawaja Muhammad Asif condemning the act of barbarism said that 20 Kashmiris have been martyred, over 300 injured and more than five house have been destroyed in the occupied valley. He termed the incident as “worst day of state terrorism in Kashmir valley”.

Kashmir Bleeds Again
Two civilians, Jan Mohammad Lone and Zubair Ahmad Butt, died in a hospital due to their injuries. A young man, identified as Rouf Bashir Khanday, was also killed by Indian forces during an overnight operation in Islamabad district’s Dialgam area.
Other young martyrs include Ubair Shafi Malla, Adil Thokar, Yawar Itoo, Nazim Nazir, Adil Thokar, Rais Thokar, Ishafaq Malik and Zubair Turay.
Joint Resistance Leadership (JRL) has called for a shutdown for two days across Indian occupied Kashmir.
Syed Ali Gilani, Muhammad Yasin Malik and Mirwaiz Umar Farooq are part of JRL.
In a similar vein, students from Kashmir University (KU) demonstrated against the killings and shouted anti-India slogans.
‘End Occupation, Free Kashmir’ read the banners carried by the students.
Pakistan’s Foreign Office spokesman, in a tweet, condemned the Indian brutalities in the occupied state, saying “continuing Indian massacre of innocent Kashmiris makes a mockery of the HR Charter”.
