ISLAMABAD (APP) – The Malaysian Hockey Confederation (MHC) on Wednesday extended an invitation to the Pakistan Hockey Federation (PHF) for participation in the 25th Sultan Azlan Shah Cup to be played from April 7 to 17, 2015.
MHC sent the invitation after overwhelming support substantiated by Tayyab Ikram, Chief Executive Officer, Asian Hockey Federation (AHF). The national senior hockey team will take part in the Cup next year, says a press release issued here.
Pakistan hockey team has participated in every edition of this event since its inception except for 2014 and 2015 editions. Participation in this prestigious event will provide fast track, more exposure and experience to our players.
