In an episode of BFFs with Vogue,Actor Jackie Shroff was asked to share with the world his experiences of working with his co-star, Anil Kapoor.
Jackie spoke of a scene where he said Anil was slapped 17 times by his co-star Jackie Shroff during the shoot of the 1989 film Parinda.
According to Jackie, the insistence was actually from Anil’s side who kept asking for retakes as he wanted the scene to be perfect.
He said, “I slapped him 17 times but didn’t slap him so hard that he would fall.”
In this edition, host Neha Dhupia questioned Juhi Chawla as to her relationship with actress Maduri Dixit which was a little heated, especially in the 90’s.
She first asked Juhi, “Your most bitter-rivalry was with which star?”
When Juhi showed hesitation at answering, Dhupia instead asked who she had a “healthy competition” with, to this Juhi smiled and stated, ‘Madhuri Dixit’.
