Pak Army repulses cross-border terrorist attack in South Waziristan, 3 terrorists killed

RAWALPINDI: At least three terrorists were killed after Pakistan Army responded to a cross-border attack at its check posts in South Waziristan Agency late Monday, read statement of Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR).

Terrorists carried out attack on two Pakistani outposts in the agency, which also shares borders with Afghanistan, from across the border, the ISPR further stated.

Giving befitting response, the soldiers stationed at the border posts repulsed the terrorist attack, killing three infiltrators, while number of militants were also injured in intense exchange of fire, it read.
