KARACHI (Web Desk) – Gold prices in the country surged to a yearly high after an increase of Rs. 700 per tola was observed in prices on Wednesday (today).
According to Sarafa (gold) market officials, the price of 24 Karat gold was recorded at Rs. 53,850, which is the highest price of gold for the year 2016.
24 Karat Gold was traded at Rs. 48,675 while 21 Karat Gold priced at Rs. 46,625.
The price increase has been recorded in Lahore, Karachi and Islamabad.
