Chiniot: Three men masturbate in bazaar while another beats drum to maintain rhythm

CHINIOT – Two young men have been arrested while a search for their third accomplice is underway after they were found jerking off in public.

The act was carried out in broad daylight in the main bazaar of Buhadari Wala, Chiniot, a district of Punjab, police said on Friday.

According to first information reaching the police, three men Shaukat Hamayoun, Muhammad Bashir and Ghulam Rasool, hailing from Chak No 133 GB, Rajao, Chiniot, were displaying public indecency by whipping out their genitals and masturbating.  Adding to the disgust, a dhol (barrel shaped wooden drum) was beaten to ‘keep the rhythm’.

Investigation officer Nazir Ahmed told Daily Pakistan that Ahmad Ali was beating the dhol, while Muhammad Ali, Shaukat, Amjad Ali, Umar Hayyat, Shahadat, Abdul Ghafoor, Sanaullah were encouraging this activity.

Following the complaint, the police raided the area and found the accused publicly masturbating. However, the accused fled the scene as soon as the police arrived.

A case has been registered under section 294, 109, MPO 16 for carrying out sexual acts in public, while the search is on.
