"The concept of gender swap really appealed to me", Farah Khan talks about the making of 'Tareefan'

LAHORE - 'Tareefan' has taken us into another world of ultimate girl sass. We are grooving to the song and I think we are hooked for a long time.

Farah Khan gave her two cents on the making of the song with Kareena Kapoor and Sonam Kapoor. Swara Bhaskar and Shikha Talsania who are starring in the song are seen less but they look just as glamorous.

Farah said, "The concept of a gender swap really appealed to me. We made the boys the decorative pieces in the song with the girls being the heroes here. It was so much fun working with some truly empowered and enlightened women like Rhea, Ekta, Kareena, Sonam, Shikha and Swara."

“This is the second music video that I’m doing after ‘Bluffmaster’s ‘Ek main aur ek tu hain’ and I really think we have taken this one to the next level,” Farah said in a statement.

The film, Veere Di Wedding releases on the 1st of june, 2018. Before that, Farah will be choreographing songs for Sonam's wedding. However, seems like Farah will have a hard time doing that since she appears to fracture her leg.
