ISLAMABAD – The head of Joint Investigation Team (JIT) probing Panama Papers case, Wajid Zia has taken notice of photo leak.
The head of JIT during its meeting here on Monday took notice of photo leak, the picture of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif’s son Hussain Nawaz in the JIT proceedings that surfaced on social media. The picture of Hussain Nawaz during his appearance before the JIT went viral and raised many questions that who and how the photo was leaked.
The officials deputed at the premises on May 28 were summoned and questioned. According to sources, a through the scrutiny of the CCTV footage will be also be carried out. Meanwhile, PML-N leader Talal Chaudhry has expressed grave concern over the photo leak.
He said such type of development raises many questions. He demanded an inquiry into the matter. He said Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif is an honest and innocent person.-Online
