MUMBAI – Pakistani actress Saba Qamar’s Bollywood debut Hindi Medium is facing delays in its release, as the date has been changed by the producers.
The film was scheduled for release on May 12 but will now be all set for screening in cinemas on May 19.
Producer Dinesh Vijan has claimed that the date has been extended due to further promotion plans of the movie.
Saba plays the role of ‘Meeta’ in the film opposite Irrfan Khan who will be seen playing ‘Raj,’ both of them in their inescapable attempts to provide quality education to their beloved daughter.
The movie points out a very powerful message for the masses. Hindi Medium traces the facts of an existing classism culture in our society and the English language set as a high standard for everyone to achieve.
