QUETTA – Pakistan People Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari on Friday came down hard on political rivals, former prime minister Nawaz Sharif and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chief Imran Khan.
Addressing a party rally in Quetta, the PPP chief said that Khan and Sharif’s basic priority was to get power in the country.
He asserted that Pakistan will have to eliminate the militancy in the country, adding that his party will continue to raise its voice until implementation of the National Action Plan is completed.
Lamenting the targeted killing of Hazara community, Bilawal questioned if it was not terrorism. He added that Baloch people have been deprived of basic rights.
Development under the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) can be seen in Lahore but nothing was done in the violence-hit city, Quetta, he said, adding that Nawaz Sharif was using the CPEC card for the promotion of his party, PML-N.
