Liars and abusers cannot lead Pakistan: PM Nawaz

KAHUTA – Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif said his political opponents could not digest all-round development in the country and want to halt this process.

“Pakistanis are honest people and they could not be led by those who are liars and abusers”, the PM said this while addressing a political gathering here on Friday at Narh in Kahuta tehsil this afternoon.

The prime minister said that even though the elections were far, people were still chanting the slogans of PML-N. “This is not being accepted by our opponents.”

The Prime Minister expressed confidence and said, “we are not afraid of anyone.”

The Prime Minister also announced development plans for Kahuta, saying that gas and electricity projects are planned for the area, along with an expressway.

The PM also announced funds for 100km roads in Kahuta and Kalar Syedan. He said that a bridge will be built between Kahuta and Rawalpindi.

PM Nawaz said that the government has defeated terrorism, adding that end of unemployment is his priority.

He said credit goes to PML (N) for building motorways, boosting defence, carrying out nuclear explosions and upholding the cause of Kashmiri people. He said Pakistan would continue to speak for Kashmiris the same way he did during his address to the UN General Assembly.
