ISLAMABAD – Chief of Army Staff Gen Qamar Javed Bajwa called on Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif at PM House here on Monday.
During the meeting both discussed professional issues related to national security and overall regional situation.
This was the first meeting of Gen Bajwa with PM Nawaz ever since he assumed the charge of COAS on November 29.
Gen Qamar Bajwa also met president Mamnoon Hussain, the same day and discussed matters related to national security.
President Mamnoon urged military head to continue operation Zarb-e-Azb with full might.
Gen Bajwa expressed that the security forces would meet the expectations of masses.
