ISLAMABAD – The Ministry of Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony on Tuesday announced that the first Jamad ul Sani, 1440 AH will commence from February 7 (Thursday).
According to a notification of the ministry, the moon of Jamad ul Sani 1440 AH has not been sighted today, therefore, the first Jamad ul Sani, 1440 AH will start from February 7.
It added the notification was issued in pursuance of the decision of the meeting of the Central Ruet-e-Hilal Committee, held on Tuesday in Karachi.
