KARACHI (Web Desk) – At least three people were killed while ten wounded when a passenger bus went out of driver’s control and ran over pedestrians in a busy market of Karachi, local media reported Tuesday.
Police said, the incident took place near Liaqatabad where a fast-moving passenger coach ran over pedestrians, leaving at least ten critically injured.
Rescue teams shifted the injured to Abbasi Shaheed hospital where three of them died.
Following the horrible incident, infuriated mob torched the bus, causing severe traffic jam in the area.
The bus driver managed to flee from the scene, police said.
