RIYADH (Web Desk) – At least seventeen people have been killed as suicide bomber targeted a military mosque in southern province of Asir in Saudi Arabia.
According to detail mosque located in Abha city was being used by emergency response forces and those died in tragedy were also associated with Saudi forces.
A group of militants claiming their allegiance to Islamic State group has accepted responsibility of the suicide attack.
Saudi Arabia arrested around 431 Islamic State (ISIS) associated militants in July this year in a crackdown against the group after it claimed suicide bombings at shia mosques that left dozens dead.
