If there is one thing that brings us desis together, it’s FOOD. And when you imagine the complexity and enriching flavours of food from the sub-continent all under one roof you know you know you’re in for a treat. And we can’t talk about food without talking about our favourite beverage 7UP. After all, it’s only 7up which celebrates #FOODKALOVE.
While we’re on the subject of food and 7up, let us tell you the number of times we wished for someone to just lock us in a room with only food, 7Up, and some music for company: 173839902022222 times. Looks like someone heard our prayers and decided to give us all we wanted our entire life. No, not love. But our three favourite things together.
We kid you not, the greatest food festivals are about to hit Pakistan & it’s going to be… wait for it…..AMAZING! The famous friend of foodies, 7Up is going to bring a set of food festivals across the country and we can’t wait. Previously, 7Up has given us infinite chances to satisfy our inner foodie and we’ve been more than happy to be the part of these events. But this time, they’re back with bigger and better festivals happening in numerous cities of Pakistan, called “The 7Up Foodies Festival”. How awesome is that? We’re looking forward to lots of Biryani, Kunna, Karahi, Channa Chaat, Machli, Chow Mein, Qorma, Qeema, Prawns, Desserts….. Ahhhh! We’re hungry already now!!!!!
According to our sources, the festivals will begin somewhere in mid-December and some of the tentative dates are as follows:
Sialkot: 14th/15th Dec
Hyderabad: 22nd/23rd Dec
Peshawar: 22nd/23rd Dec
Faisalabad: 22nd/23rd Dec
Gujranwala: 28th/29th Dec
Sukkur: 28th/29th Dec

Winters are bringing us many weddings and functions that we would be all about having a great time with loved ones and this festival will just bring out the spirit of winters in the most epic of ways. The entertainment that has been promised will hopefully match with it’s hype. Some music, food, and fun never hurt!
We almost forgot…the most important part: there’s going to be an epic midnight celebration at every festival! How, you ask? Well, it’s going to be a surprise (at least till the first festival) but trust us, you’ll love it. All we can say is that once again, 7Up proves that they live by their motto: Mana Lo Food Ka Love.
