RAWALPINDI (Web Desk) – Director General Inter-services public relations Major General Asim Bajwa said that 12 cases were forwarded to military courts by federal interior minister.
In a message posted at twitter, a social media network, Bajwa confirmed that initially 12 cases have been assigned to military courts. The cases were assigned after a strict scrutiny by Interior ministry, tweet further said.
DG ISPR said that these cases were approved by provincial apex committees to interior ministry which forwarded them to Pakistan army under the national action plan.
Earlier 9 military courts were established countrywide to hear the terrorism related cases after introduction of 21st amendment in the constitution.
