Pankaj Kapoor happy to see completion of son's family

MUMBAI - Ever since Shahid Kapoor and Mira Rajput Kapoor announced in April that they are expecting their second child, everyone got intrigued to know if ‘Big Sister’ Misha Kapoor will have a baby brother or a baby sister. And finally, on September 5, 2018, the Kapoor clan is over the moon with joy and happiness as Mira delivered a healthy baby boy in Hinduja Hospital, Khar, Mumbai.

Mira was admitted to the hospital on September 5, 2018, and her mother Bela Rajput was by her side throughout the delivery. Shahid’s mom, Neelima Azeem, his brother, Ishaan Khatter later visited the newbie mommy and the newborn baby boy.

Grandfather Pankaj Kapur paid a visit to his daughter-in-law, Mira Rajput Kapoor and his newborn grandson. In an interview with Republic TV, the actor shared his happiness and joy with the arrival of the new member in their family. He shared, “I am very delighted that a new bundle of joy has come to our house. A baby being born in any house is a matter of sheer joy and excitement.

He further said, "It is a moment of joy for our family and as the grandfather of the newborn, I am delighted and very proud of my family. I wish Shahid and Mira all the very best and many congratulations.”
