ISLAMABAD (Web Desk) – Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan is due to arrive in Karachi today (Wednesday) on a two-day visit, local media reported.
PTI chairman has said he is going to Karachi to break the environment of fear and encourage party workers.
Talking to media here at Bani Gala before going on Sindh visit, Khan said that he would meet those people who want change in the province.
Sources said Khan will meet intellectuals and political figures during his visit to Hyderabad.
“I am going to Hyderabad first, then Bhitshah and will reach Karachi at night”, he told media.
On Thursday, Khan will spend his day in NA-246 where he will review PTI’s election campaign in connection with by-polls in the constituency.
The PTI chief said that security is in an issue in Karachi but breaking the environment of fear is important and he is going there to do so.
Answering to a question regarding alliance with JI, Khan said that he will talk to Sirajul Haq to seek cooperation in election.
“If any of our worker is hurt, our lawyers team will file case against Altaf Hussain”, he added.
On the other hand, MQM Chief Altaf Hussain says he will welcome Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman Imran Khan on his arrival in Karachi.
