ISLAMABAD – Deploring the Wednesday’s crash of a PIA plane in Havelian, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Chairman Imran Khan mourned the death of his 30-year-old friend Junaid Jamshed and Chitral Deputy Commissioner Osama Warraich and other 45 victims who perished in the disaster.
Talking to the media in Islamabad, Imran Khan recalled the time Junaid Jamshed helped him with donations for Shaukat Khanum Cancer Hospital during his days in Vital Signs.

Mr. Khan also grieved over the death of Osama Ahmed Warraich, the DC of Chitral region, whom the PTI chief remembered as an excellent officer.

Following the crash of PIA flight PK-661 in Havelian region of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Imran Khan had directed the provincial government to commit no negligence in relief activities. “Every possible effort should be undertaken to save lives of the passengers,” Khan had ordered on Wednesday.
