Saudi Arabia increases scholarships for Pakistani students

ISLAMABAD – Saudi Deputy Minister of Education Hamad Nasser A AlMehrej said his country has increased the number of scholarship for Pakistani students to 580.

He said this during a meeting with President Mamnoon Hussain in Islamabad on Tuesday.

The Deputy Minister for Education said Saudi Arabia will continue to play its role in the promotion of education in Pakistan.

President Mamnoon emphasized that exchange of high-level delegations will further strengthen bilateral relations, especially in the field of education.

He said International Islamic University has shown remarkable performance in the education sector and Saudi Arab’s cooperation in this regard is highly valuable.
